The night was filled with glamour, elegance, and beauty. Our mission is simple: to empower YOU to walk away empowered to go beyond the mask and step fully into who God created you to be.
We enjoyed a night of live music, DJ Earl the 3rd, a 3-course meal, and a live performance by celebrity saxophonist, Richard Shaw Jr. We honored several trailblazers in the community. All proceeds raised went towards our annual Esther Arising Scholarships as well as the Woman 360 Entrepreneurial Training Program.

Our keynote speaker, Robin May, Licensed Therapist, and Life Coach, encouraged us to examine what we hold behind our masks and the negative beliefs that may hold us back. She shared valuable tips on how to shed the mask to live authentically while cultivating a fulfilling life.
Our Purpose
Pearls of Esther, Inc. is a dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping individuals from minority populations to thrive in all aspects of life. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training and support, enabling women to achieve wholeness in every area of their lives.
We offer education and guidance in the fields of mental and emotional wellness, financial empowerment, business startup coaching, cultivating healthy relationships, and fostering self-esteem and self-awareness. Through engaging seminars, delightful brunches, and our highly anticipated annual conference, "Woman 360," we create transformative experiences for our participants.
We firmly believe that access to knowledge, tools, and a supportive network can bridge the gap for disadvantaged individuals, granting them the advantage they deserve. As a trusted conduit, we are committed to assisting those in need, helping them seize opportunities for personal growth and success.
All proceeds from the Beyond the Mask Gala will go towards our annual programs to continue to enrich and empower women to pursue their education and entrepreneurship goals.
Esther arising scholarship
Esther Arising Scholarship focuses on young ladies attending college who are the daughters of single parents. Often, these young ladies are especially in financial need to continue their college careers. We believe that if we can provide any assistance help her to reach her goals, then we have empowered her to continue on her journey to success by way of obtaining a quality education. We award these scholarships yearly, typically for Fall or Spring semester.
WOMAN 360
Entrepreneurship Empowerment
Our annual Woman 360 Conference/trainings are a dynamic time of empowerment and equipping women to WIN in all areas! From business to finance, to relationships and knowing your purpose, to home ownership/real estate investing and then applying your faith to grow your business, we want you to leave with the practical tools to be able to fulfill your goals. Woman 360 exists to give women who traditionally have been at a disadvantage the advantage!
We believe that empowerment is more than just a “feeling.” It is placing the tools in someone’s hands to be able to actually meet their business goals. Woman 360 is not your average training! We have many testimonies from women who have attended our Woman 360 Conferences and trainings who have launched their businesses or taken them to the next level! Read more here
