Brandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Wisconsin and the State of New York and has provided mental health and substance abuse counseling with both children and adults. She is passionate about equipping women to be whole in every area of life!
Shae Ivie-Williams

Shae brings a wealth of knowledge to Pearls of Esther, Inc. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with years of experience working in various mental health settings. She is a wife, mother and entrepreneur who is dedicated to helping others be their best self and live their best life!
Rhayanna McNish
Board Member- Diversity Specialist
Rhayanna is a passionate change-maker! As a recent graduate of Clark Atlanta University and a current Diversity Specialist, she is extremely passionate about creating opportunities and empowering women. Finding the silver lining between technology and creativity has allowed her to reach new heights both personally and professionally. As a Marketing/Events Coordinator board member, Rhayanna is most excited about helping to diversify experiences for Pearls of Esther!
Stella Hall
Board Member- Finance Department
Stella Hall is a Grant Writer and Trainer who has a wealth of wisdom as it relates to entrepreneurship and ministry. Her passion is helping others to grow and thrive in their gifts and talents. Her enthusiasm for helping women succeed is the perfect ingredient for the team at Pearls of Esther, Inc.
Sarah Miller
Board Member
Sarah is a realtor with Keller-Williams and is passionate about seeing others live out their dreams, which also includes delivering the dream of home ownership! She is a graduate of Florida State University and has been an Atlanta native for 12 years. She is a proud Mom and enjoys spending time with her son in her spare time. We are elated to have her as a part of the Pearls of Esther, Inc. team as we continue to serve the community!
