Founded February 2015, Pearls of Esther, Inc. was created to provide an outlet and avenue for women (ages 18 and over) from all walks of life to come together to enrich one another's lives through encouragement, edification, and empowerment. We exist to equip every woman in our midst to be able to flourish spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and professionally. We exist to assist with recognizing one's gifts and maximizing those gifts to leave your mark on the world. We are dedicated to equipping you with the tools to be that best YOU that you can be!

Life can be challenging and unpredictable at times. But we at Pearls of Esther, Inc believe in the ability to not only weather the storms of life, but to be able to shine bright from the inside out despite those storms. In essence, we are enamored with the formation of the Pearl. We believe that in the same way that something as beautiful as the pearl is created from the "irritants" of life, so can a soul flourish from every difficult circumstance that one encounters.

"In order to protect itself from irritation, the oyster will quickly begin covering the uninvited visitor with layers of nacre — the mineral substance that fashions the mollusk's shells. Layer upon layer of nacre, also known as mother-of-pearl, coat the grain of sand until the iridescent gem is formed."

OUR PURPOSE

Our Purpose is to provide an avenue for women (ages 18 and over) from all walks of life to come together with the common goal of wholeness in every area of life: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, financially, etc.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to empower women from one generation to another. This is accomplished through quarterly empowerment/training sessions, monthly "Transformation Thursday" broadcast events, and trainings featuring both professionals and female leaders in the community to share their wealth of wisdom!

OUR TARGET

Our Target includes women from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds!

“I also learned that fear and insecurity are just feelings, as ephemeral as the smoke from a starter’s gun. They’re part of what happens to me when I try something new. Then I tap into something deeper and more substantial;
a belief in my ability to succeed.”
— Maria Burton Nelson
